annie is two

today is annies birthday! i cant believe that she is two years old. the past two years flew by. annie is a delight to have around. she has the biggest cheesiest smile and is always willing to show it off. annie is very polite and will always say thank you. she always wants me to "hold you" and will never pass up chocolate milk or any food for that matter. She loves to imitate her sisters, and cant leave her twin cousins alone. Annie would much rather be with her dad or grandpas any day over her mom or grandmas. she has them wrapped around her little finger. she is completely spoiled rotten from her sisters especially stella. we love annie and are so happy that she is two.

black family reunion

yesterday was the black family reunion. which is always a good time. we started the day off at classic roller skating- which the girls had a blast with. then we went to a park and had lunch, crafts, snacks, games, snacks, water fun, snacks dinner and then a few more snacks. it was a lot of fun and good to see a lot of my cousins who i don't see very ofter.

The girls were all over the place in roller skates they could barely stand on two feet, so they stuck to scooters.

dance recital

friday night the girls had their dance recital. they both loved getting all dressed up and actually, unlike me they have no problem preforming on a stage in front of a huge aditorium of people. they did a great job and were most excited about the flowers they were given after their performance.

when you give a 3 year old a camera

i think claire did a really good job of capturing the person she was photographing!

the good ol days of summer

a few days ago we went to my sisters and the kids played in the water in her back yard. they had a great time.

what a funny girl!

Day at Wheeler Farm

last week we took the girls to the farm for a little festival that was going on there. after we played some games and did some activities we went over and saw the animals. over by the barn the farmers were moving the bales of hay to the upper loft in the barn and hay was blowing all over the place. i stayed far away because i know what happens to me when i am around hay. but the girls were right up close watching. well when we finally got to the car i looked at claire and her eye looked pretty swollen. with in about 5 mins her eye looked pretty swollen, to almost swollen shut. i was pretty worried that i was going to have to rush her to the hospital. but her other eye was fine and she was not having any problems breathing. so needless to say i think claire has a touch of hayfever. i felt so bad for her each time looked at her.
