good and bad news

the good news i am not having a baby today. the bad news i am not having a baby today. this morning i went in for my amniocentesis and then i was to be induced if all looked good- meaning the baby's lungs were mature. unfortunately the lung were not quit ready yet. therefor i need to wait another week. for my own selfish reasons i was really bummed that i had to leave and get larger for another week. but i am also so grateful that modern technology can inform us of things like this. i am so glad that i am not having a baby today that cant breath and has to be intubebated. so yes i am ok with the whole thing. the biggest bummer is i have to clean my house really good again next week. oh well.

this past weekend tyler jonny clark and chad ( most of the tylers brother in laws) rode lotoja, from logan, utah to jackson hole, wyoming. a total of 206 miles. it took them 11hours 15 mins. it covers three states, and three canyons. they trained hard and did excellent. good job guys!
i am sure the guys would really like to thank their support team. miki and i for all the the good food and support. i think i would have enjoyed the 10 hours of driving a little more if i werent 6 days from having a baby. you should have seen the size of my ankles, now that is something to blog about.

Claire Turns 4

Last week claire had her birthday. she is so excited that she has turned the rightful age of 4 years. for her birthday cake she requested a strawberry shortcake cake, and grandma cozy pulled it off again. It was a fun day, and claire thoroughly enjoyed being the princess for the day.

Tylers mom has made all of the grandkids snuggle blankets for their birthdays this year. claire has been waiting for hers since stellas birthday in february. so you can imagine her excitement when she finally got her snuggle blanket

the day after claires birthda, she started preschool. yipee she was thrilled.
