this past weekend my sister and i went to san francisco to visit my brother brian and his wife becca. it just so happened that it was the same weekend that my parents had a convention there so, we were all able to play in the city for the weekend. we had so much fun shopping, eating, talking, eating, jogging and more eating. it was so nice to have a little break from being a mom.
shopping in unions square. we had some good finds.
if you are ever in san fran you have to go to mamas. it is the BEST
breakfast you will ever have. make sure you get there close to open or you may
have to wait a couple hours.

low-fat apple yogurt cinnamon french toast topped with fresh berries MMM!
i took a picture so it would last longer.

dinner at scala's another good meal.
farmers market saturday morning. it was overflowing with yumming fruits and vegetable.

farmers market
the girls at crissy field. we missed you lindsey. i am sure greg wouldn't have cared if you had come with us 4 days after your wedding(yeah right). we'll get you next time.

while i was there, there was the bridge to bridge 12K that brian and i ran.
it was so pretty. it started at the ferry building and ran along the bay passing embarcadero, fishermans wharf, fort mason, marina green, into crissy field up to fort point (golden gate bridge) then back and up to presidio. what a jog!
one of the highlights was that we were able to listen to lance armstrong speak. he was really intresting to listen to. he talked about going through cancer and then riding in the tour again.
thanks brian and becca for the fun few days.
i came home and i am ready to leave again.
