pay it forward

a few months back my sister in law posted a pay it forward entry on her blog. She was going to give a homemade gift to the first 3 people that commented on her blog. and lucky me i was one of them. she sent me a cute little package in the mail and it was so fun to open. SO in return i am suppose to do the same to the first 3 people that comment on my blog. and as you can suspect you must do the same. so if you are interested in this fun little exchange leave a comment. and you will receive something in the mail from yours truly. i guess well see if there are three people that even look at my blog.

adios binki

last night we decide it's time to give up the old binki. poor annie dosent know what hit her. its one of the hardest things, i think. the bottle no problem, getting them to sleep through the night its a little rough but man the binki its a killer. its so nice to be able to lay her in her bed with a blanket and binki and she'll go right to sleep. all of this crying is killing me, tyler is nervous i'm going to cave and sneek the binki back into her. but as much as i would like to, i can handle a few nights of hard crying. Hopefully it only a few night.

christmas vacation

the last few weeks have just been like a whirl wind. we have has so much fun and been so busy. but i think things have finally settled down and life is somewhat normal agian. here are a few highlights of our christmas vacation.

the day i've been waiting for

i knew it would happen one of these days and i am just glad it has taken this long. but i was just waiting to the day that i heard screaming and then walk into the room and see blood all over one of my children. and yes it was claire, and if i had to bet on who it would be, my bets would have been on claire. she is the one who falls while standing still, or tips the chair over while just sitting there. luckily it was only 6 stiches and hopefully it will fade with time.
