this past weekend tyler jonny clark and chad ( most of the tylers brother in laws) rode lotoja, from logan, utah to jackson hole, wyoming. a total of 206 miles. it took them 11hours 15 mins. it covers three states, and three canyons. they trained hard and did excellent. good job guys! 
i am sure the guys would really like to thank their support team. miki and i for all the the good food and support. i think i would have enjoyed the 10 hours of driving a little more if i werent 6 days from having a baby. you should have seen the size of my ankles, now that is something to blog about.

Wow! What a long way but never underestimate the Carlson's huh? I am so excited for you to have your little guy- your girls are darling and now Tyler will have some more testosterone in the house!:) Hope you are feeling okay...you look great!
What a stud! While most people your age are slowly getting fat and getting caught up on the latest Jerry Springer episodes you're out making the world a better place by biking across the world. You're a great example of dedication and all around toughness. Way to go!
I'm proud of the boys but more proud of you for doing that being so far along in your pregnancy! I'm so excited for you, 2 more days!
